Steve Leshner Is Named a Super Lawyer for 2010

For the third consecutive year, Steve Leshner has been named a Southwest Super Lawyer for 2010.  Steve limits his practice to plaintiffs' personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases.  Currently, Steve is representing injured victims of car, bicycle, motorcycle and truck collisions, as well as catastrophically injured victims of medical malpractice.  Additionally, Steve is representing a large number of claimants who lost their sense of smell as a result of taking Zicam, an over the counter cold remedy.  Steve is serving as member of the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in the Multi District Zicam Litigation in federal court in Arizona, as well as the lead counsel for Plaintiffs in the Zicam state court proceedings in Arizona.

The publication Law & Politics has completed the nomination and selection process for 2009 Arizona Super Lawyers and for the second year in a row, Phoenix attorney Steve Leshner has been named as an Arizona "Super Lawyer" in the area of Personal Injury Law.

In selecting attorneys for Super Lawyers, Law & Politics employs a rigorous, multiphase process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.

The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource to assist attorneys and consumers in the search for legal counsel.
